Wedding Rentals in Mid-Michigan

Self Pickup and Delivery Policy

When you reserve a date, we charge you only for your event time. 


Self-pickup is available for your convenience. If you've reserved an item for a specific date, you may pick it up the day before your reserved date and return it the day after your reserved date at no additional charge.
Example: If your rental is reserved for Saturday, you may pick it up on Friday and return it on Sunday.
Early pickups or late returns beyond this window are not permitted unless approved in advance and may be subject to additional rental fees.

Delivery, setup, and pickup are $ 3 per mile one way. 

Example

If you are 10 miles away its 30 dollars for delivery and pickup.

Complete Tent & Seating Packages

Make hosting easier with our complete tent and seating packages. Each bundle brings together the essentials for your event, including a white high peak tent, tables, and chairs, all in one simple rental. Perfect for weddings, graduation parties, showers, birthdays, and backyard celebrations.

Tent packages are delivery-only and include required setup and pickup, so you can focus on enjoying your event.

The Gathered Celebration Bundle

Everything you need for a simple, beautiful gathering in one convenient package. Perfect for weddings, graduation parties, showers, birthdays, and other special events with up to 50 guests. This bundle includes a 20' x 20' white high peak frame tent, 50 white chairs, and 8' plastic banquet tables for guest seating and event use. Delivery, setup, and pickup are required for this bundle. Customer pickup is not available.

Hi, we're Emerson & Jessi, the husband-and-wife team behind Grace & Gather Co., proudly based in Laingsburg, Michigan.

Grace & Gather Co. was founded by combining our two passions. Jessi brings experience in the wedding industry and a love for helping couples create beautiful, meaningful celebrations, while Emerson uses his construction background to handcraft many of the ceremony pieces in our collection.

Our mission is to make wedding planning simple by offering handcrafted ceremony rentals, thoughtfully designed wedding bundles, and timeless décor—all in one place. We build many of our rentals ourselves and are happy to discuss custom arches, signs, décor, and other wedding pieces. Reach out with your ideas, inspiration photos, or vision, and we'll let you know what's possible.

  • Yes! We offer delivery, setup, and pickup for all of our rentals. Delivery pricing is based on your event location and is automatically calculated during checkout. Simply enter your venue address, and you'll see the exact delivery cost before placing your order.

  • Our ceremony structures are rented as shown unless otherwise noted. You're welcome to decorate them with your own florist or décor to match your wedding style. If you'd like recommendations or inspiration for decorating your arch, we're always happy to help!
